Daedalus Park

Daedalus Park is the most recent commercial property addition to the Solent Enterprise Zone. Situated on the site of this former naval air station, phase 1 of this development consists of seven steel framed buildings, each sub-divided into individual units ranging in size from 446sq/m to 1618sq/m.

Working as the Main Contractor on this Design and Build project, Mildren Construction were responsible for undertaking the Full Planning Application process, with all Designs being produced by our own in-house team.

The units are of a portal steel frame design with a composite cladding solution and have been assigned B1 & B8 Trade counter uses. Harking back to the naval history of this former naval air station, each unit has been named after a current or former naval ship.
